Rates.

  
  Rate is $90 per night, double occupancy. Five nights and more $ 85 per night. Additional guests: children under age 1 $5;  2 - 5 $10;  6 - 17 $15; Third adult $20.

There are no additional taxes (Massachusetts hotels must collect accommodation taxes additional to their published rates. As a bed and breakfast we do not have to do this).
